Roasted & Salted Almonds

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups raw organic almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of finely ground celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cover almonds in filtered water and let soak for 2 hours.
  2. Drain almonds and allow to dry.
  3. When the almonds are dry mix the almonds, olive oil and salt together in a big bowl.
  4. place almonds on a tray and bake at 300°F for 30 minutes.
