Roasted & Salted Almonds

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups raw organic almonds
- 2 tablespoons of finely ground celtic sea salt
- 2 tablespoons of organic extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Cover almonds in filtered water and let soak for 2 hours.
- Drain almonds and allow to dry.
- When the almonds are dry mix the almonds, olive oil and salt together in a big bowl.
- place almonds on a tray and bake at 300°F for 30 minutes.
