Vegan Berry Smoothie
 

 

Smoothie

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz. fresh or frozen organic berries
  • 1 ripe organic banana
  • 1 tablespoon organic flax seed oil
  • 1 can (13.5 oz.) organic regular coconut milk (not light)
  • 13.5 oz organic soy or rice milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the berries, banana and flax seed oil in a blender
  2. Pour in the coconut milk and then fill the empty can with soy or rice milk and pour into the blender
  3. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth
