Vegan Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz. fresh or frozen organic berries
- 1 ripe organic banana
- 1 tablespoon organic flax seed oil
- 1 can (13.5 oz.) organic regular coconut milk (not light)
- 13.5 oz organic soy or rice milk
DIRECTIONS
- Place the berries, banana and flax seed oil in a blender
- Pour in the coconut milk and then fill the empty can with soy or rice milk and pour into the blender
- Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth
